    The user accesses the “Municipal activity booking” section from QUALO or the web app (as in the court booking demo we saw).

  • Wallet/balance
    If the service requires payment, the user tops up their virtual wallet in QUALO.

  • Activity/facility selection
    Choose the available facility or activity and select the available time slot.

  • Reservation and confirmation
    The platform confirms the reservation and sends a digital confirmation (with QR code, code, or receipt).

  • Access/use
    At the time of reservation, users identify themselves and gain automatic access (if the facility allows it) or present proof of their reservation at physical checkpoints.

    Users can view their past reservations, cancellations, payments, or remaining balance.
