🧭 What does the challenge involve?
The QUALO challenge “12 Historic Villages of Central Portugal” invites you to visit, discover, and enjoy 12 heritage gems that tell centuries of history through their stone walls, narrow streets, and castles. Each village is a must-see, and each visit is a unique experience.
During your trip, you will have access to exclusive interactive content on the QUALO app:
- Detailed tourist information for each village
- Audio guides with the most fascinating legends
- Maps, routes, and tips for getting there
- Customized testing for each location
- Digital stamps with a points system
- Raffles and prizes for the most dedicated explorers
🧩 How do you participate?
- Download the QUALO app (if you don’t already have it).
- Activate your participation in the challenge from any location.
- Visit each of the 12 historic villages within the stipulated time frame of the challenge (6 months, 1 year, or no deadline, depending on the call for entries).
- When you arrive at each village, open QUALO and access the corresponding location, which will appear as “near you.”
- Check out the tourist content available and pass the specific test for that village:
- Find and scan a hidden QR code
- Answer questions about your history or heritage
- Upload a photo that proves you visited
- Other surprise activities depending on the location
- Once you have passed the test, you will receive the digital seal for that village and the corresponding points.
🎯 What is the objective?
Get all 12 stamps by completing all the visits and challenges. By doing so, you will automatically be entered into the final challenge draw and will be eligible for exclusive prizes.
If no one completes all 12, the prize will be awarded to those who have earned the most points.
🏆 What can you win?
In addition to enjoying an unforgettable experience, those who complete the challenge will be entered into a prize draw for tourist prizes, such as getaways, gastronomic experiences, or local products.
